We provide an AI-powered assistant that helps users complete court forms, including but not limited to the IR-1 form for Canadian federal courts ("Generated Form").

• The Service is provided on a one-time purchase basis (for now).
• We may expand the scope of supported forms in the future, but such expansion is not guaranteed.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing the Generated Form to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and suitability before submitting it to any court or authority.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, error-free performance, or suitability of the Generated Form.
• The Generated Form may or may not be reviewed by a licensed professional. If a review occurs, you will receive an email notification, but this is not guaranteed.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
• All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued once the Service has been rendered.
• In the event of a service outage, we will restore the credit purchased so you can retry the Service at no additional cost.

4. Account Management

• Access to the Service requires account creation through Clerk, a third-party authentication provider. By creating an account, you agree to Clerk's terms of service and privacy policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

• To generate the forms, we collect and process personal information you provide, such as names, addresses, and case details.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
• Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or replicate the Service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• You retain ownership of the content you provide but grant us a license to use it for delivering the Service.
• Generated Forms are for personal or professional use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without permission.
